The back-to-back shows this weekend marks the start of the group’s latest international tour.
This Saturday and Sunday, (June 20 and 21), thousands of Blooms descend to the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City for the highly-anticipated Signals World Tour kick-off concert of The Nation’s Girl Group BINI.
The said event is set to deliver enthralling performances and high-octane acts from the octet composed of Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena.
Aside from being a kick-off of their tour, which has multiple stops across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, the concert also serves as the major and extended celebration of their fifth anniversary, which took place last June 11.
During the anniversary proper, members graced the opening of their pop-up store, a listening party for their digital music reality show BINIverse And Chorus, and the on-site ticket selling for Signals World Tour.
Meanwhile, after the shows at the Mall of Asia Arena, BINI is also set to become the first P-pop group to perform at the SM Seaside Cebu Arena, which is a newly-opened performing arts and sports venue in Cebu City, this July.
In the middle of the tour, the team will also headline the upcoming Summer Sonic Japan shows in Osaka and Tokyo this August.
Signals shares its name with BINI’s recently-released extended play, which carries tracks like the singles Unang Kilig and Blush.
The said record dropped ahead of the girl group’s historic debut at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, where they performed for two weekends last April.
