She will be starring alongside stars of a recent streaming smash hit.
In a report published by American entertainment publication Deadline, it revealed that Filipina actress-performer and ‘Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition’ alum AC Bonifacio will be joining the upcoming thriller movie ‘Perfect Girl.’
According to the same report, the film will tell the story of a new K-pop super group preparing for their debut.
“With only four spots available in the band and the final cut a week away, the competition is off the charts. When a talented and mysterious new girl is introduced at the last minute, things start to get strange — girls are being hunted and attacked one by one, but who is responsible for the carnage, and more importantly…who will make the final cut?”
The film has begun filming in Thailand this week, it noted, with other stars confirmed for the show including stars of the biggest Netflix film to date, ‘Kpop Demon Hunters,’ May Hong and Arden Cho. Also named as part of the cast are K-pop singer Jeon Somi, John Kim, and Adeline Rudolph.
This is yet another international project for the 22-year-old, who had previously been part of the Philippine-American collaboration series ‘Almost Paradise’ in 2020, as well as the U.S. fantasy series ‘Riverdale’ in 2021.
