“Six Cities. Zero Excuses.”
That is the mandate that drives the PUMA Philippine Half Marathon Series 2026, which challenges athletes from around the country to step up and run.
In partnership with Runrio, it has competitive races in varying lengths such as 5K, 10K, and 21K.
True to this year’s remit, the half marathon series was successfully launched in Iloilo in the Visayas and Davao in Mindanao.
The series will move to Cebu on August 2 at Gatewalk Central Mandaue, followed by a Luzon stop in Clark on August 23 at Filinvest Mimosa+. The action will then return to the south in Cagayan de Oro on September 6 at Ayala Malls Centrio.
The National series will culminate in a massive finale in Metro Manila on October 11 at the SM Mall of Asia.
According to organizers, all registered participants will receive official PUMA race singlets and city-specific finisher medals.
For the dedicated athletes who conquered the Iloilo pavement, the race for the coveted All-City Finisher Legacy Medal is now in full swing.
This exclusive accolade is only for the elite few who will complete all six race legs: Iloilo, Davao, Cebu, Clark, Cagayan de Oro, and Manila.
Returning runners from last year’s Half Marathon Series who missed specific locations can still earn the Legacy Medal by completing their remaining cities this year.
Although the Legacy Medal is reserved for the six-city finishers, PUMA is also inviting local runners in every remaining region to join the challenge and earn an official PUMA finisher medal.
