The Kapuso network will have a temporary lineup for the last few days of 2024 and the start of 2025.
From Monday, December 30 until Friday, January 3, GMA Network will air a special primetime programming.
After its flagship newscast “24 Oras,” the ‘Kapuso Primetime Cinema’ movie block will be making its return and air from December 30 until January 2 at 8:00 pm.
With the exception of New Year’s Eve night, ‘Widows’ War’ and ‘Asawa Ng Asawa Ko’ will both continue to air this week at 9:30 pm and 10:15 pm, respectively.
Late-night newscast ‘Saksi’ is expected to broadcast at 11:00 pm, while Korean drama ‘Stealer: The Treasure Keeper’ goes on “suspense mode” as it goes on a break before going back on air for its finale week from Monday, January 6.
On Tuesday, December 31, the pair will air from 8:50 pm until 10:00 pm, with the ‘Kapuso Countdown To 2025’ slated to go live at 10:30 pm after ‘Saksi’.
On January 3, the 8:00 pm slot will be taken over by a special fastcut version of the finale week of primetime mega-series ‘Pulang Araw,’ which aired its last episode last December 27.
‘Amazing Earth’ is also scheduled to air its first episode in 2025 that evening at a special time of 10:15 pm.
Regular primetime programming on GMA is expected to return on Monday, January 6, coinciding with the launch of new action series ‘Mga Batang Riles’ after “24 Oras” at 8:00 pm.
