The Thai actors are meeting their Filipino fans today.
Thai actors Off Jumpol, Gun Atthaphan, Pond Naravit, and Phuwin Tangsakyuen are currently in Manila.
The four stars are holding a joint fan event titled ‘GMM Fanday 13’ at the SM North EDSA Skydome on Saturday, July 6, 2024.
As per the schedule of the program, Off and Gun will the stage first at 1:30 pm, while Pond and Phuwin will begin their show at 7:00 pm.
OffGun is known as one of the “trinity” in GMMTV’s boys love (BL) drama department, along with Krist Perawat and Singto Prachaya (KristSingto) and Tay Tawan and New Thitipoom (TayNew).
In 2016, they first starred together in the series ‘Senior Secret Love: Puppy Honey,’ and they were subsequently paired again in the sequel.
Due to the success of their pairing, Off and Gun were casted together in other dramas like ‘Theory of Love,’ ‘I’m Tee, Me Too,’ and most recently in the critically-acclaimed series ‘Not Me’ in 2021.
Meanwhile, PondPhuwin got their start in the 2021 drama ‘Fish Upon The Sky,’ which is also their first time to ever lead a series.
They went on to star with each other anew in ‘Never Let Me Go,’ ‘Our Skyy 2,’ and recently in ‘We Are: The Series,’ which began its run just last April.
The upcoming ‘GMMTV Fanday 13’ follows the previous iteration ‘GMMTV Fanday 8,’ which brought other BL teams JoongDunk and JimmySea to Manila last November 2023.
