In the lead-up to the intensified Kapamilya primetime block.
Last Sunday, June 28, multiple Kapamilya stars greeted their fans who eagerly waited for them in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga during the Primetime Bida motorcade.
Leading the said activity are the stars of ABS-CBN’s primetime offerings, the action-drama-comedy series Coco Martin’s Sigabo and the romantic series Someone, Someday.
Present during which were the lead stars of Sigabo — Hari ng Aksyon sa Ating Henerasyon Coco Martin and Prime Actress Julia Montes — and from Someone, Someday, Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo and Multimedia Powerhouse James Reid, with the rest of the cast also there during the grand motorcade.
In abn interview with TV Patrol, Coco shared, “Napakasarap sa pakiramdam naming lahat na muling bumalik ‘yung mga tao sa panonood ng telebisyon.“
He expressed his wish that the public would support more works, especially series and films, created by Filipinos.
“Sana lahat ng mga palabas, teleserye, pelikula, sana panoorin natin lalong-lalo na ‘yung gawang Pilipino kasi para sa ating lahat ito. Ginagawa namin ito para sa inyo, kaya maraming salamat po talaga sa suporta at pagmamahal ninyo,” he said.
Coco Martin’s Sigabo airs on multiple platforms every weeknight at 8:00 pm, such as ALLTV2, TV5, A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, as well as Kapamilya Online Live on YouTube and Facebook, and iWant.
Viewers outside of the Philippines can watch on The Filipino Channel (TFC) on cable and IPTV.
Meanwhile, Kathryn shared her excitement for the premiere of Someone, Someday, which dropped its latest teaser last Friday, June 26.
“This is actually our first-ever promo for ‘Someone, Someday.’ Long way to go, but ramdam namin ‘yung init at excitement ng mga tao. Sana napasaya namin kayo ngayong linggo, and we’ll see you soon sa Primetime Bida,” Kathryn shared to ABS-CBN News.
Someone, Someday is coming soon on the same platforms, with its episodes streaming first on Netflix.
