Just days after they released their latest single and performed at one of the world’s biggest music festivals.

In a short video on social media, pop group KATSEYE announced that they are dropping a new extended play soon.

Entitled Wild, it is slated to be released on August 14, with pre-saving and pre-order already available.

The announcement comes days after they released their newest single entitled Pinky Up, which is produced by “Hitman” Bang, Dwilly, and Frants, last April 9.

The said track features only five members—Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Megan Skiendiel, Sophia Laforteza, and Yoonchae Jeung.

Manon Bannerman, who has been on hiatus since February 2026, did not participate in this comeback.

They also performed at the Coachella Music Festival in California last April 10, with another set on Friday, April 17 (local time).

KATSEYE was formed at the conclusion of the reality-survival program Dream Academy in 2023. The following year, in 2024, they made their official debut with their first-ever extended play entitled SIS (Soft Is Strong), which carried the hit singles Debut and Touch.

In June 2025, they dropped the extended play Beautiful Chaos, which featured more popular songs such as Gnarly, Gabriela, and Gameboy.
