Marking her return to the South Asian country after more than a decade.

In a reel on her Instagram account, Asia’s Superstar, Kathryn Bernardo, once again hopped on the online trend using Tate McRae’s song Just Keep Watching.

Previously, she used it as the background track for her short-form video where she documented her trip to Bangkok as she hunted for tom yum soup with her team.

This time around, she used it to showcase glimpses of her trip to the Kingdom of Bhutan, which is a nation in South Asia.

“This trend again… but make it Bhutan edition 👻 hehe,” the 30-year-old shared in the caption of the video that saw her doing hikes in the mountainous country.

Bhutan is no stranger to Kathryn and vice versa. Back in 2012, the series Princess And I, which the actress topbilled alongside Enrique Gil, Daniel Padilla, and Khalil Ramos, filmed its key scenes in the country.

In the replies section, some netizens took note of that. One user commented, “Mikay 2026!”

Meanwhile, other celebrities and showbiz personalities also left the comments for the superstar, such as director Mae Cruz-Alviar, comedians Eugene Domingo and Via Antonio, and actress Alyssa Muhlach.

This year, Kathryn is set to make her small screen comeback through the upcoming Dreamscape Entertainment series Someone, Someday, where she will star alongside James Reid and Maja Salvador, among many others.
