On Sunday, June 14, Esnyr Ranollo released on his YouTube channel the latest episode of the High School Series, which makes its return after more than a year.
The Kapamilya third big placer of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition and star of the ABS-CBN and GMA Network drama collaboration The Secrets Of Hotel 88 enlisted multiple big names for the grand comeback of the hit online series.
In the first few minutes alone, appearances from his fellow members of Pamilya De Guzman, led by Klarisse De Guzman, Shuvee Etrata, Will Ashley, and Mika Salamanca, already greeted viewers.
Not to be missed, too, are the three leading men introduced in the past several episodes, with Brent Manalo, Shan Vesagas, and Anthony Constantino all reprising their characters as well.
Meanwhile, during the first flag-raising ceremony, students of the fictional school, which include the numerous characters portrayed by Esnyr himself, as well as the teacher Ms. Castro, was joined by the new principal, played by none other than the Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda.
Esnyr’s close friends Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano, as well as Enchong Dee all played different teachers in the said fictional school.
Also in the over 53-minute-long video are Miss Earth Philippines 2025 Joy Barcoma, PVL star Bella Belen, Mimiyuuuh, Queen Dura, Empoy Castro, Donna Cariaga, Queen Pitik, Krystal Mejes, Alyanna Angeles, Jeremiah Ong, model Jayson David, and many others.
Kapamilya reporter Jose Caretero also did a reenactment of his viral interview with a student, which was also played by Esnyr himself.
The series is effectively a spin-off of Esnyr’s shortform videos, which he uploaded on his TikTok accounts during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In 2024, it evolved into a series on YouTube, where it has consistently achieved millions of views on the platform.
