She did that as she took a step back for a moment.
In a post on her social media accounts on Wednesday, March 4, Kapuso Prime Gem Bianca Umali shared a reflection as she celebrated her 26th birthday.
The Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre star declared that she “found herself” at 26.
“Lately, I’ve been choosing to tune in to myself in ways I never have before,” she wrote in the caption. “I stepped back for a while. Turned the volume of the world all the way down. Let the notifications rest. Let the noise pass.”
The connection lines, she said, she had to intentionally switch off not because of distancing herself, but out of devotion.
“Because while I was unreachable to many, my spiritual connection was the strongest it has ever been. In the quiet, I could hear clearly. In the stillness, I felt guided,” she continued.
Bianca also said, “There’s something powerful about withdrawing just enough to remember who you are without the world telling you who to be.”
Meanwhile, the actress also shared that to celebrate her birthday, she did not plan anything and said that she did not try to shape the day or force meaning into it. “I simply showed up – open, surrendered, present.”
“And somehow, everything unfolded exactly the way it was meant to. Not by my design. But by His,” she furthered.
Bianca also said, “More than anything, I’m learning to fall in love with the rawness and spontaneity of life – the beauty of not always knowing what comes next, and discovering more of who I am in the process. There’s a quiet freedom in welcoming the unknown instead of trying to control it.”
“I hope life gives me many more reasons to smile – enough to leave more lines on my face. And I hope it gives a few more scars along the way too… the kind that remind me that I lived fully, loved deeply, and showed up for the journey,” continued the Kapuso personality.
She then sent a “thank you” message to everyone who had reached out. “Even in my quiet season, I felt it. I carry that kind of love gently and with gratitude.”
Bianca also shared that she is learning peace is not found in being constantly connected. “It’s found in knowing when to disconnect – so you can reconnect where it truly matters. I had no plans. But God did. 🤎“
