On Monday, July 14, ABS-CBN’s talent management group revealed that tickets to the upcoming Star Magic All-Star Games 2025 are now sold-out.
Set to happen from 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 20 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, the annual games will see multiple Kapamilya actors, musicians, and hosts team-up as they battle it out on the court.
In basketball, Coach Gerald Anderson will lead Team Shooting Stars, which will include players such as Donny Pangilinan, Seth Fedelin, Joao Constancia, Emilio Daez, River Joseph, BGYO’s Mikki, and JM Ibarra.
Going against them are the members of Anbilibabols coached by content creator Cong TV, with Junnie Boy, Boss Keng, Dudut, Burong, Yoh, and Carding, as well as other members of the ‘Payaman’ gang.
Crossing over to women’s volleyball, Team Lady Setters will be composed of BINI’s Mikha, Anji Salvacion, Rain Celmar, Reign Parani, Rans Rifol, Jas Scales, Isabel Laohoo, Erin Navarro, with guest professional players Ivy Lacsina and Angel Canino.
On the opposite side of the net are the Team Lady Spikers, led by Fyang Smith, Loisa Andalio, Vivoree, AI dela Cruz, Analain Salvado, Carmella Ford, Angela Ken, Janah Zaplan, and Leona Andalio, together with Bella Belen and Camille Lamina.
For the first time, there would also be a men’s volleyball event where Team Aces will go head-to-head with Team Smashers.
The former would comprise of BGYO’s Akira and JL, Zach Guerrero, PJ Endrinal, Dingdong Bahan, Bong Gonzales, and pro players Rex Intal and Ariel Cacao.
As for the latter, the group will be composed of Dylan Yturralde, Patrick Ramirez, Binsoy Namoca, Marc Santiago, and Giles Torres, with JM Ronquillo and Kiel Castillo.
The Star Magic All-Star Games is one of the major annual events of the firm, as well as the entire ABS-CBN—with this year’s calendar including the return of the ABS-CBN Ball last April and the upcoming Star Magic Christmas event in the latter part of the year.
