The new Kapamilya series will make its debut on Netflix later this August.
In a post on its official social media account, streaming platform Netflix Philippines announced the upcoming ABS-CBN series ‘Lavender Fields’ to be part of its slate of new shows this month.
According to the streamer, the first season of the Kapamilya teleserye produced by the Dreamscape Entertainment team will become available to its subscribers on Friday, August 30.
‘Lavender Fields,’ starring Jodi Sta. Maria, Jericho Rosales, Janine Gutierrez, and Jolina Magdangal, will be the third ABS-CBN Studios production to be given the “advanced streaming” treatment on Netflix.
It will follow the 2022 series ‘2 Good 2 Be True’ of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, and the 2023 drama ‘Can’t Buy Me Love’ starring Belle Mariano and Donny Pangilinan.
‘Lavender Fields’ will stream on Netflix 72 hours ahead of its TV broadcast, which is then due to start on Monday, September 2.
Aside from the four main stars, also part of the grand teleserye are veteran stars Maricel Soriano, Edu Manzano, Albert Martinez, and up-and-coming actors Jana Agoncillo, Krystal Mejes, Marc Santiago, and Miguel Vergara.
‘Lavender Fields’ is also set to release its full trailer on Tuesday, August 6 during ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.’
