A costume piece worn by ASTRO member Moonbin during their Manila fan-con was found, local promoter said.
Through a statement, DNM Entertainment, the organizer of the Manila leg of the ‘Diffusion’ fan-con tour of ASTRO’s Moonbin and Sanha, said that they have been notified that a costume piece worn by Moonbin was lost and was later found being sold online.
They added, “we [DNM] have been investigating this matter and have traced the source of the posts to a crew member from an outside supplier.”
DNM also said that they have located the said costume piece and have been returned on Monday. The organizer also apologized for what happened and promised that they will take legal action over the incident.
Moonbin and Sanha recently staged their first foriegn stop of their ‘Diffusion’ fan-con tour in Manila last Saturday, March 25, 2023, at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.
‘Binsan’ or endearingly referred to as ‘Ddankong’ debuted as the first sub-unit of South Korean group ASTRO in 2020. The duo last visited the country with the rest of the group in 2016, when they performed for the ‘Show Champion in Manila’ event.
Coincidentally, the duo was also first formed through the same music countdown show when they became the permanent MCs with VERIVERY’s Kangmin from 2020 to 2022.
