Joining the pro doubles category.
In a post on Instagram, Kapuso actor and model Vince Maristela shared his latest achievement together with fellow Sparkle artist and leading man David Licauco.
The two hunks competed in the Hong Kong leg of the Hyrox global fitness challenge, where they registered in the pro doubles category.
Vince wrote in the post, “Pro debut,” where he shared snapshots during the rigorous competition that saw participants all over the world.
Prior to this, the two had already competed in different legs of the Hyrox challenge, which combines running and functional workout stations where participants run 1 kilometer, followed by 1 functional workout station, for eight times.
Licauco previously competed at the men’s open division of the Taiwan leg last February for his debut, when he finished in a total time of just one hour, seven minutes, and 48 seconds—making him the second Filipino in the world on the overall Open Men’s Division
And out of the nearly 2,000 participants during that time, David, who is currently 31 years old, ranked 53rd overall and was on the 19th in the 30-34 age range.
Meanwhile, Maristela, completed his first HYROX fitness race in Bangkok, Thailand last March, finishing the race in one hour, fourteen minutes, and fifty-nine seconds.
