The film will be hitting cinemas this mid-week.

Last Wednesday, November 5, ABS-CBN film production studio Star Cinema unveiled the second trailer for the upcoming family drama movie ‘Meet, Greet & Bye’.

The said clip gave viewers another peek into the Facundo family, with the story centering around the ailing matriarch Mama Baby (Maricel Soriano).

As her cancer returned, her children Tupe (Piolo Pascual), Brad (Joshua Garcia), Leo (Juan Karlos), and Geri (Belle Mariano), try their best to convince her to undergo treatment.

But with her refusal, the trailer showed the kids trying to come to terms with the sickness and prepare themselves to say “goodbye” to their mother.

Also part of the cast for the film, directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, are Matet de Leon, Jeffrey Tam, Kaila Estrada, Kaori Oinuma, KD Estrada, and Robbie Jaworski among others.

Sampana previously directed the likes of ‘Four Sisters And A Wedding’, ‘Three Words To Forever’, and most recently, the highest-grossing Filipino film of all-time, ‘Hello, Love Again’.

Moreover, ‘Meet, Greet & Bye’ will also join the list of family dramas produced by the same studio—also known for their other iconic family dramas like ‘Tanging Yaman’ and ‘Sa’yo Lamang.’

The movie will come out in cinemas worldwide beginning November 12, 2025.

It is the third movie to be mounted by the film giant in 2025, following the summer blockbuster ‘My Love Will Make You Disappear’ starring Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino and ‘Only We Know’ topbilled by Charo Santos-Concio and Dingdong Dantes.

‘MGB’ will also be released weeks ahead of the 51st Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF), where Star Cinema, in collaboration with The IdeaFirst Company and Viva Films, will produce ‘Call Me Mother’ starring Vice Ganda and Nadine Lustre.
