His solo comeback is finally happening later next month.

On Friday, October 24, Korean management company Fantagio Entertainment dropped the first teaser regarding the upcoming solo release of ASTRO member Cha Eunwoo.

The 28-year-old is set to drop his sophomore mini-album titled ‘Else’ on November 21, the label confirmed through a 10-second teaser that showed him being warped with a sharp noise in the background.

At present, no other information has been revealed regarding his solo comeback, although it is already understood that Cha will not be able to promote it as he is fulfilling his mandatory military service.

He entered last July and completed his five-week basic training in early September. He is now reportedly serving as part of the Army Band, with his discharge date scheduled to happen in early 2027.

Although, fans will still be able to catch him in various pre-recorded projects that he has filmed beforehand.

He is part of the upcoming Netflix drama ‘The WonderFools’ with Park Eun-bin and the movie ‘The First Ride,’ which will feature him in his first leading role in a film, has begun screening in South Korea.

Eunwoo made his debut in 2016 as part of the group ASTRO, before taking male lead roles in drama serials ‘My ID is Gangnam Beauty,’ ‘Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung,’ ‘True Beauty,’ ‘A Good Day To Be A Dog,’ and recently, in ‘Wonderful World.’

In March 2024, Cha Eunwoo made his solo music debut upon the release of his first album ‘Entity,’ which carries the title track ‘Stay.’
