It will hit TV and digital screens very soon.
On Thursday, September 25, ABS-CBN Studios and its production unit, Dreamscape Entertainment, unveiled the official teaser for the upcoming primetime action drama series entitled ‘Roja’.
The series, topbilled by Donny Pangilinan and Kyle Echarri, follows the lives of the owners, workers, and guests of the fictional resort La Playa Roja.
The perfect vacation would soon be marred by violence when a group of masked men attack the island one day, leading to both Pangilinan and Echarri’s characters stepping up for their survival.
The new show boasts a cast comprising of numeorus promising artists and some of the biggest names in the industry.
Apart from Donny and Kyle, part of the cast are Maymay Entrata, Janice De Belen, Joel Torre, Raymond Bagatsing, and Lorna Tolentino.
Also part of the series are Nikki Valdez, Cris Villanueva, Freddie Webb, Sandy Andolong, Robert Seña, Levi Ignacio, Rubi Rubi, Marc Abaya, and Bernard Palanca.
Completing the ensemble are rising young stars Kai Montinola, AC Bonifacio, Harvey Bautista, Iñigo Jose, and Emilio Daez.
ContentAsia Best Supporting Actress winner and prodigy Zia Grace, who tugged viewers heart with her portrayal of Grace Banaag in the melodarama ‘Saving Grace,’ will also return to screens through this series.
Inka Magnaye, Vangie Castillo, Sophie Reyes, Rikki Mae Davao, Rans Rifol, Maika Rivera, Lou Yanong, Floyd Tena, Raven Molina, and Gello Marquez are all participating in the show as well.
‘Roja’ will be directed by Law Fajardo and Raymund Ocampo and is set to hit TV and digital screens later this year.
