One of the most-sought love teams of their generation will return to the big screen.
Over the past weeks, new promo materials have been unveiled for the upcoming movie She Who Must Not Be Named, which stars Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin, who are collectively known as FranSeth.
The official trailer was released on March 28, followed by the poster last Sunday, April 5.
In the trailer, fans and moviegoers get a preview of the story that will follow the charming yet forgetful and dyslexic playboy named James (Seth) as he meet a beautiful, but mysterious headstrong girl (Francine).
He would find himself falling deeply in love with the girl who goes by “she who must not be named” as their connection flourishes.
The film also stars Ruby Ruiz, Raven Rigor, Kych Minemoto, Elijah Alejo, Kaleb Ong, Abdul Raman, Bernadette Allyson, Bobby Andrews, and Kat Galang, and is under the direction of Christopher Novabos, with the story written by Lawrence Nicodemus
Produced by OH Aye Productions Inc. and Solar Studios Inc., it will hit cinemas this April 29.
She Who Must Not Be Named will be the reunion of FranSeth after starring in the ABS-CBN primetime drama, Sins Of The Father, top-billed by Gerald Anderson, Shaina Magdayao, and Jessy Mendiola, in 2025.
It will also be their next top-billing role in a movie after the 2024 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry My Future You.
Francine and Seth first starred together in the afternoon soap opera Kadenang Ginto, which led to their inclusion in ‘The Gold Squad’ in 2019.
While being paired with their previous partners, the two worked together anew in the inspirational series Huwag Kang Mangamba in 2021.
In 2023, they were formally launched as FranSeth as the revenge-drama Dirty Linen made waves. They also served as hosts of the filler noontime show It’s Your Lucky Day later that year.
