Another international recognition is in the bag for the girls.
In a social media post, ABS-CBN’s record label Star Music revealed the Filipino pop group BINI has been named winner of the Female Group of the Year at the Jupiter Music Awards 2025.
The band reacted to their achievement through their own page and thanked their fans and wrote: “To all our Blooms who took the time to vote for us… thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We share this win with YOU!“
Aside from the Female Group of the Year, BINI was also nominated in other categories such as Album of the Year (for ‘BINIverse’), and the single ‘Cherry On Top (with Agnez Mo)’ getting the nod for Song of the Year, Collaboration of the Year, and Music Video of the Year.
Meanwhile, other Filipino acts nominated this year include the likes of theor fellow Kapamilya acts Maki, Angela Ken, Belle Mariano, and BGYO, among others.
At the same award-giving body, which is organized by the Asian Television Awards, BINI was also conferred the Most Popular Dance Performer award in the inaugural edition in 2024.
‘The Nation’s Girl Group’ is also booked an busy towards the end of the year, as they are set to perform at the ‘DOMIN8’ anniversary show of a company with Korean actor Ji Chang Wook and K-pop group NTX.
In November, they are also set to return to the Philippine Arena for their ‘BINIfied’ concert, which is the follow-up to their highly-successful sold-out ‘BINIverse World Tour’ kick-off last February at the same venue.
