He will be seen by his loyal viewers on the small screen anew.
In recent days, veteran host-producer Willie Revillame teased his nearing return to television via the free-to-air network TV5.
For his comeback, the Kapatid personality will be reviving his popular game and variety program ‘Wowowin’.
In various clips and photos uploaded on social media, the production team was seen preparing for the second incarnation of the show, which was aired on GMA from 2015 to 2022 before moving to ALLTV, where it stayed until 2023.
In one post, Revillame, himself, was seen monitoring the construction progress of the future MVP Quest building, situated beside the TV5 Media Center, in Mandaluyong City.
The aformentioned structure will become the new home of the game-variety show and is being eyed to complete its first phase before the end of 2025.
Apart from Revillame’s program, the 10-storey building is said to be housing studios for the entertainment shows of the network including the Philippines’ longest-running variety show, ‘Eat Bulaga’.
Prior to his break due to the 2025 midterm elections, when he ran for Senator, Willie had his previous variety show ‘Wil To Win’ that was produced at the TV5 Complex in Novaliches, Quezon City.
Meanwhile, it was reported by showbiz news portal PEP that the TV host will have another show that will run back-to-back with ‘Wowowin,’ which would be titled ‘Wilyonaryo’.
At present, TV5 and Willie Revillame have not yet disclosed the premiere date for the new shows.
