In an Instagram post on Tuesday, June 10, actress-comedienne Valeen Montenegro shared photos to celebrate her 35th birthday.
“Chapter 35,” she wrote in the caption of the images where she creatively posed while wearing a one-piece.
However, her followers were delighted by her second upload that day, where she revealed a secret that she hid for quite some time.
“Been keeping a little secret,” the former ‘Bubble Gang’ mainstay attached in the caption of the clip, where she surprised her friends with the news of her first pregnancy with husband Riel Manuel.
Seen in the said clip are the likes of Chariz Solomon, Ashley Rivera, Dasuri Choi, Lovely Abella, and Princess Ryan, among her other friends and family.
The video has since garnered over 35,000 likes on the social media platform, with comments from new mother Megan Young, Jennylyn Mercado, Carla Abellana, Jerald Napoles, Shaira Diaz, Melissa Gohing, and Kimpoy Feliciano, to name a few.
Valeen and Riel tied the knot in January 2024 after announcing their engagement months prior, in November 2023.
The actress-comedienne is known for the likes of TV5’s gag show ‘Lokomoko’ and ‘Tropa Moko Unli,’ as well as GMA’s ‘Bubble Gang,’ ‘Sunday Pinasaya,’ and her special participation as Bathalumang Haliya in ‘Encantadia’.
