Day6 issues new single ‘Maybe Tomorrow’

On Wednesday, May 7, Korean music label JYP Entertainment dropped the newest single of popular band DAY6.

Titled ‘Maybe Tomorrow,’ the song expresses one’s optimism in finding strength and hope while going through difficulties in life.

Concurrent with the new track, the music video was also uploaded onto YouTube and, as of writing, has received over 7.8 million views.

This marks their first release since their ninth extended play, ‘Band Aid,’ in September 2024.

Day6 made their official debut as a six-piece band in 2015 with their single ‘Congratulations,’ ‘You Were Beautful,’ ‘I Loved You,’ ‘Time of Our Life,’ and ‘Sweet Chaos.’

After a three-year-long hiatus from 2021, they their return in March 2024 as a four-member team alongside the release of their eighth extended play ‘Fourever.’

It was also in 2021 when the sub-unit Even of Day of members Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon was formed.

Last February, the band visited the Philippines for their ‘Forever Young‘ concert at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
