He is back in town to serenade his fans anew.
On Saturday, May 10, K-pop singer Xiumin, member of the boy band EXO, returns to the Philippines with his solo concert.
Titled ‘X Times (),’ this event marks the K-pop star’s first time to headline a solo show in the country and it takes place at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.
Aside from the Philippines, Xiumin has staged the tour in Seoul, followed by Tokyo, Osaka, Bangkok, then Taipei.
This concert also spells his return to Philippine shores after last visiting for the Korea Travel Fiesta in Makati last September 2024.
Xiumin made his debut in the music scene in 2012 as one of the 12 original members of K-pop group EXO.
The group is known for their popular songs like ‘Growl,’ ‘Monster,’ ‘Ko Ko Bop,’ ‘Love Shot,’ and ‘Obsession,’ among many others.
He later formed a sub-unit with fellow members Chen and Baekhyun, named EXO-CBX, in 2016.
Years after that, in 2022, he made his official debut as a soloist with the release of the extended play titled ‘Brand New.’
Last March, he dropped his latest EP, ‘Interview X,’ which bears the title track titled ‘WHEE’.
