Yang, who retired from her role as Vice President for Communications at PLDT last December, is now a full-time journalist once more via the Mediaquest-owned One News channel.
Mediaquest is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund.
Aside from doing her duties for the weekly ‘Long Conversations’ segment ‘Thought Leaders,’ Yang is also set to take her brand of business news reporting to the Kapatid network.
In a social media post, Cathy shared a teaser for her upcoming show titled ‘Money Talks,’ which will premiere in February on One News.
At the moment, ‘MTWCY’ has not yet disclosed its launch date and the time slot of the new program.
Prior to joining the telecoms giant in 2020, Yang was with the ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC) as the anchor of the daily business newscast ‘Market Edge’ from 2015 to 2020.
She is also an alum of Bloomberg Television and Reuters Television.
