On Monday, November 8, authorities attempted to serve a second warrant of arrest against GMA artist Ken Chan at his place of residence in Quezon City

However, the said warrant in connection to the syndicated estafa case filed by a businessman was not served to Chan, as he was not home and his whereabouts currently unknown.

The case stemmed from a complaint of the anonymous personality, who invested Php 14 million to Chan and 7 others for a restaurant. The group also promised to give the complainant a 10-pct monthly interest as profit for his investment.

However, the said business suddently closed down, after which Chan allegedly fled elsewhere.

As of the moment, Chan’s legal representation have not yet issued a statement on the matter, while the actor was reportedly last active on his personal Instagram page a day ago, November 7, 2024.

Prior to the case, Ken Chan was last seen in the afternoon drama series ‘Abot-Kamay na Pangarap,’ but his character Lyndon was later written off and killed in the story amidst his inactivity.
