Seventeen’s Mingyu shows alluring side for Calvin Klein campaign

The Korean pop star’s images and videos stunned the internet, to say the least.

On Friday, August 16 (Manila time), global apparel brand Calvin Klein released materials for their Fall 2024 collection featuring K-pop idol Kim Mingyu of the group SEVENTEEN.

In the photos for the said campaign, the Korean star showed off his sultry side while wearing the brand’s denim jeans and tops for an overall look that CK describes as a “classic.”

The campaign, directed by AJ Duan and photographed by Park Jong Ha, immediately sent the internet into frenzy, as Mingyu was seen flaunting his chiseled abs and torso in some of the photos and videos.

On social networking platform X (formerly Twitter), for example, the posts made by the official Calvin Klein page related to his campaign has garnered a total of 3.3 million views and more than a hundred thousand reposts and likes.

On the Korean idol’s personal Instagram account, the brand’s tagged post has reached 1.3 million likes as of this article’s publication.

This new campaign is the latest for Mingyu as a Calvin Klein ambassador, as he also joined in the Spring/Summer collection last June.

Aside from his work with the brand, Mingyu is also preparing for SEVENTEEN’s upcoming album and ‘Right Here’ world tour, which will kick off in October 2024.
