On Wednesday, October 4, the full trailer for the upcoming movie of Alden Richards and Julia Montes was released.
In the two-minute-long sneak peek, viewers get a glimpse of how the paths of Alden’s Lance and Julia’s Justine crossed in Singapore. As their fondness grows, Lance heads back to the Philippines.
Long after, Justine also makes her way back to her homeland, and they try to rekindle their romance. But that is where the major storm for their relationship begins.
A storm that would lead to Justine asking “baka ‘yun talaga ang problema natin. We are just trying to relive our moments in Singapore.”
Meanwhile, Lance admits that it also hurts him inside that he is not the person that he promised to be for her.
Aside from the dramatic scenes, another highlight for the upcoming film is the inclusion of Ben&Ben’s “Leaves” as the soundtrack for the movie.
“Five Break-Ups and a Romance” is directed and written by Irene Villamor and is under GMA Pictures, Cornerstone Studios, and Myriad Entertainment. It will screen in cinemas nationwide starting October 18, 2023.
