On Sunday, May 17, concert organizer Live Nation Philippines officially announced the upcoming show of Taiwanese superstars Jerry Yan, Vic Zhou, and Vanness Wu  — who are members of the group F4 — with Mayday’s Ashin.

The four stars, who have teamed up for the F Forever would tour to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the hit series Meteor Garden, which starred Yan, Zhou, Wu, together with Ken Chu and the late Barbue Hsu in 2001.

As per the company, the group will be staging the Philippine stop of the said tour on June 27, 2026 at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan.

While the seat map and ticket prices are still unavailable, as of this writing, Live Nation has revealed that the ticket presale event will be on Saturday, May 23, from 12:00 noon to 11:59 pm.

The general sale will then begin on Sunday, May 24 at 12:00 noon via SM Tickets’ physical and online outlets.

According to the record label B’in Music, which is behind the reunion tour, other stops of the world tour include Chongqing, Jakarta, Bangkok, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur.

Initially, it was reported that Chu was a part of the said activity, but it was confirmed by the actor-singer himself back in December that talks between him and the company, B’in Music, bogged down after his three conditions were not approved.

Based on the Japanese manga Hana Yori Dango, the Meteor Garden aired in Taiwan in 2001 and was brought to the Philippines in May 2003— posting high viewership rating during its original run and at one point, even registered a lion’s 68% audience share.

Its fame led to a cultural phenomenon and the rise of Asianovela sub-genre in local television, which eventually ushered in imported drama serials from other Asian countries, mainly South Korea, China, and Japan.
