He will be taking a break from his activities with the band.

In a statement published on its social media channels, global P-pop group HORI7ON announced that its member, Reyster Yton, will temporarily take a break from his activities with the group.

“We would like to inform you that HORI7ON’s member Reyster will be temporarily halting his activities due to mental health reasons,” announced the team.

They then explained that recently, the idol has been experiencing difficulties that requires him to have a sufficient rest.

After careful discussion with the artist and his members, it has been decided that he will go on an indefinite hiatus to focus on his recovery,” it added.

We believe that giving Reyster the time and space he needs is the best course of action at this time.

For now, HORI7ON will continue all their scheduled activities with the remaining 6 members—Vinci, Kim, Kyler, Winston, Jeromy, and Marcus.

We kindly ask for your understanding and continued support for both Reyster and the group. Thank you,” the statement concluded.

HORI7ON is the byproduct of ABS-CBN and MLD Entertainment’s survival show Dream Maker, which premiered in November 2022 and saw the members selected among the 62 participants of the program.

Since their 2023 debut, they have released songs such as Lovey-Dovey, Six7een, Birthday, and Lucky.

Apart from all that, they also have the distinction of being the first all-Filipino male group to make their debut performances in all seven Korean music shows, led by the likes of M Countdown, Music Bank, Music Core, and Inkigayo.
