With the country’s capital serving as the host of the historic grand finals later this year.
Red Bull Half Court, the world’s fastest 3-on-3 tournament, returns to the Philippines in 2026 with its high-intensity competition brought across the major island groups of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao—where the regional qualifiers across the country will lead into the National Finals where the Philippines’ best will be crowned.
The winner will then advance to a historic World Finals in Manila, which is hailed as the capital of streetball, this December.
Rooted in the energy of “puso sa kanto,” where the game is fast, fearless, and deeply tied to community, the tournament sets the stage for a clear path from local courts to global competition.
Under the heat and glare of the Philippine sun, streetball moves at full speed—sneakers scraping concrete, bodies colliding in tight spaces, and every possession carrying weight—making the game raw, loud, and constantly in motion.
From the courts of Manila to the rising scenes in Cebu and the physical matchups in Davao, the sixth season of the Red Bull Half Court brings the game back to the communities that define it.
Each qualifier, both for men’s and women’s categories, the teams step in to defend their home court pride in only 10 minutes and a race to 21 points—thus making every decision, possession, and shot crucial to reach the outcome.
As the tournament progresses across the country, the field tightens, as only the best teams advance to the National Finals in Manila, where the best streetball squads from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao go head-to-head for the Philippine title.
Meanwhile, for the first time ever, the Red Bull Half Court World Final will be held here in the country.
This places Manila at the center of the global game, with international teams from 15 countries set to arrive to compete on courts shaped by one of the world’s most passionate basketball cultures.
For Filipino teams, this is a rare opportunity to move from local courts to global competition on home soil, carrying their region, their community, and their style of play onto the world stage.
As the Red Bull Half Court 2026 season approaches, the pulse of Filipino streetball, driven by “puso sa kanto,” sets its direction and places it in the global arena.
