The crown remains elusive for the country in the fledgling pageant.

The crown remains elusive for the country in the fledgling pageant.

On Friday, December 12, Filipina beauty queen Cyrille Payumo competed in the Miss Charm 2025 coronation night held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

This year, the third edition of the pageant saw a total of 34 candidates represent their respective countries, but only 20 made it to the first cut—a list that included Payumo.

However, she was not able to advance beyond that and ended her journey in the competition as a semi-finalist.

In an Instagram post after the event, the beauty queen wrote: “My heart is full and proud to represent the Philippines with everything I am.

Meanwhile, the crown eventually went to Venezuelan Anna Blanco, who was named Miss Charm 2025.

Luisa Victoria Malz of Germany was hailed as the first runner-up, followed by Rinanda Maharani of Indonesia as second runner-up.

Completing the top 5 of the pageant are Mexico’s Francia Cortés and Thailand’s Naruemol Phimphakdee.

Prior to Payumo, other representatives of the country in the past editions of Miss Charm were Annabelle McDonnell, who wound up becoming the first runner-up in 2023, and Kayla Carter, who finished in the Top 20 in 2024.
