On Saturday, Octobet 4, ABS-CBN Studios and production unit Dreamscape Entertainment released the official trailer for the upcoming primetime action drama series ‘Roja.’
The series is topbilled by Donny Pangilinan and Kyle Echarri, with the story following the lives of the owners, workers, and guests of the fictional resort La Playa Roja.
Aside from giving snippets of the key scenes that viewers can look forward to, ths three-minute-video also dropped some important announcements regarding the show’s offiicial broadcast and streaming schedule.
‘Roja’ will begin streaming on Netflix on Friday, October 17 at 8:45 pm or 72 hours ahead of its TV broadcast. It will be the sixth ABS-CBN production—its third this year alone—to be be uploaded in advance on the said platform.
Prior titles include ‘2 Good 2 Be True,’ ‘Can’t Buy Me Love,’ ‘Lavender Fields,’ ‘Incognito,’ and ‘It’s Okay To Not Be Okay.’
Meanwhile, on the following day, October 18, the pilot episode will become available on ABS-CBN’s own streaming service iWant.
For those tuned to linear TV platforms Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, TV5, and Kapamilya Online Live, the action-packed drama will premiere on Monday, October 20.

Joining forces with Donny and Kyle in the series are Maymay Entrata, Janice De Belen, Joel Torre, Raymond Bagatsing, and Lorna Tolentino.
Yassi Pressman, Nikki Valdez, Cris Villanueva, Freddie Webb, Sandy Andolong, Robert Seña, Levi Ignacio, Rubi Rubi, Marc Abaya, and Bernard Palanca are all part of the show.
