The couple got engaged last year.
On Saturday, September 6, eagle-eyed netizens were able to spot that photos of ‘It’s Showtime’ host Ryan Bang and his non-showbiz fiancé, Paola Huyong, have disappeared from the latter’s personal Instagram profile.
These missing images include their life moments together, such as their engagement and trips.
Users taking a look at Ryan’s account also saw most of their pictures have disappeared, although the proposal—which is a collaboration post between the two of them—is still up on their respective pages.
That post, which has over 114,000 likes as of writing, has already been swarmed with messages of concern and other comments from netizens who have learned about the situation.
One wrote, “Sana hindi naman totoo ‘yung balitang hiwalay na sila.”
Up to now, Ryan and Paola remain mutual followers on the platform and have maintained their silence on the issue.
While no exact date was given when their relationship started, it was in August 2023 when Ryan shared on ‘It’s Showtime’ his “updated” relationship status.
According to the host, “Gusto kong sabihin sa aking [It’s] Showtime family, sa harap ninyo, Mommy (Vice Ganda), Daddy (Ion Perez), kay Kuya ko, ate ko, Tyang (Amy Perez), may girlfriend na ako.”
They then got engaged in June 2024, with the wedding being supposedly scheduled to happen first in Manila sometime in 2026.
