She is now officially a quinquagenarian.
On Sunday, August 17, actress-host Carmina Villaroel marked another milestone in her life as she turned 50 years old on the said day.
To celebrate her occasion with her followers, Mina decided to upload on her Instagram account photos of her while carrying two large golden number balloons.
In her caption, she wrote, “Half a century, but my heart still feels 20 and my soul 30. Forever grateful for life, love and everything in between. Cheers to more adventures ahead!“
The post has since garnered over 30,000 likes and comments from her fans and colleagues, who all left their well-meaning messages to Carmina on her special day.
Some of those that left their comments were the likes of Coney Reyes, Carla Abellana, Angelou de Leon, Lovely Rivero, Rochelle Pangilinan, and Sanya Lopez.
Aside from a photoshoot, Carmina and the rest of the Legazpi family—her husband Zoren and twin children Mavy and Cassy—were spotted at a gathering with their family and friends.
Other artists seen in the gathering were Mina’s close friends Janice de Belen, Gelli de Belen, Candy Pangilinan, Aiko Melendez, and Ruffa Gutierrez, as well as Richard Yap, Karla Estrada, and Mavy’s girlfriend, Ashley Ortega.
Carmina, alongside her family, will be seen on TV soon through the upcoming GMA Afternoon Prime drama series titled ‘Hating Kapatid’.
