As usual, she was not immune from the “dog show.”
On Monday, June 2, ‘It’s Showtime’ host Anne Curtis returned to the program after last making her appearance during her birthday over three months ago.
To welcome her back, the official social media accounts of the program did not only announce it, but turned it into a major affair—as the pages uploaded an art card designed for guests, as well as another one that looks as if it was a for a contract renewal event.
During the show proper, the “dog show” began as early as the opening banter between hosts, with Jhong referencing her viral moment in Siquijor, which has been dubbed as the “fairy walk.”
It was also a brief moment for them to catch up with Annw, as they asked questions about her recent interaction with Korean actress Song Hye Kyo, as well as her upcoming projects.
The “Quadro” was once again completed by the time that the dating segment ‘Step In The Name of Love’ aired with Anne, Vice, Vhong, and Jhong.
During which, “sisterettes” Anne and Vice did their trademark comedic bickering, something that would continue until they made their surprise appearance on the ‘Showtime Online U’ digital segment and ‘Tawag Ng Tanghalan.’
Anne is currently preparing for her comeback project with Erik Matti, whom she previously worked with in the 2018 movie ‘Buy Bust.’
She will also be portraying the role of Mia Hernandez in the upcoming Filipino adaptation of ‘It’s Okay To Not Be Okay,’ which also stars Joshua Garcia and Carlo Aquino.
