One of local showbusiness’ biggest nights returns for another edition.
In a post on Monday, May 19, GMA Network officially teased the upcoming GMA Gala 2025, the much-awaited annual gathering of Kapuso personalities, with members of the high society and even the political space.
According to the short teaser, the event will happen in 75 days’ time, a nod to the 75th anniversary of the network this year.
With that, the date has been officially set, with the glamorous affair happening on Saturday, August 2.
This marks the return of the special event after its 2024 edition that was graced by the likes of Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, Bea Alonzo, Alden Richards, Carla Abellana, and Barbie Forteza, among many others.
Executives of ABS-CBN, which has existing partnerships with GMA, also attended the Gala night, along with the hosts of noontime show ‘It’s Showtime‘—Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, and Jhong Hilario.
Beneficiaries for that year included victims of Typhoon Carina, which hit the country a few days after it was held on July 20 that year.
