It will be their first televised face-to-face conversation in eleven years.
On Wednesday, October 21, Boy Abunda made a major announcement on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda as he confirmed that he will be having a sit-down conversation with his close friend, Kris Aquino.
The pre-recorded chat between King of Talk and Queen of All Media on the said afternoon talk show will be aired on October 28 and 29, with it being part of the week being dedicated to celebrate Abunda’s birthday.
It is dubbed as a television event as this will be the first time that the two will be seen together, face-to-face, on television in eleven years.
Although, in 2024, they also had a special exclusive interview, where Kris appeared via teleconferencing from California, U.S.A., as she gave updates about her health.
It also promises to revisit their enduring friendship, with the conversation branching onto other topics such as family, romantic relationship, politics, and showbiz.
“Kris and I are definitely back!” said Boy during the Wednesday episode of the talk show.
Abunda also noted that apart from Kris, other women close to his heart will also be featured in the special week-long celebration.
Fast Talk with Boy Abunda airs from Mondays to Fridays 4:05 to 4:30 pm on GMA and Kapuso Stream.
