On Thursday, August 27, Filipina beauty queen Katrina Llegado made her return to the country after her successful stint in the Miss Supranational 2026 pageant in Poland last July 31 (local time).

Prior to her arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3, the 28-year-old shared in a social media post: “After a journey filled with so much hard work, love and unforgettable moments – I’m finally coming home with a heart full of pride.

She told, “To have represented the Philippines and brought home the Miss Supranational 2026 crown is a dream I will forever be grateful for.

Although, beyond winning the crown, Kat said that she hopes to have made “every Filipino feel proud” and declared, “[t]his victory is ours.”

Meanwhile, accompanying her in this nearly two-week trip, which will last until September 7, is Mister Supranational 2026 Pedro Cordero.

Katrina is the second Filipina winner of the pageant, following Mutya Datul in 2013.

Llegado is no stranger to pageantry as before becoming the country’s Miss Supranational national titleholder, she also represented the Philippines in the Reina Hispanoamericana in 2019 and ended as that edition’s fifth runner-up.

Prior to this, Llegado also competed in both Miss Universe Philippines 2022, finishing as its second-runner up, and joined the Top 6 in the 2025 edition—when she later got appointed as Miss Supranational Philippines.
