On Thursday, August 28, singer-songwriter Bruno Mars announced new dates and stops to his ongoing concert tour entitled The Romantic.
Among the list is Manila, where he is slated to have a two-day show on May 15 and 16, 2027, as also confirmed by events promoter Live Nation Philippines.
The shows are slated to happen at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan, with Anderson.Paak set to appear as DJ Pee.Wee and Silk Sonic having a special performance.
While the seat map and ticketing information are still kept under wraps, ticket pre-sale and general selling dates were already announced.
The Artist Presale will happen on September 11 from 2:00 pm to 11:59 pm, with fans needing to sign up via Bruno Mars’ official website.
Concurrently, there will alao be an LNPh Presale on September 11 from 2:00 pm to 11:59 pm, which can be accessed through the promoter’s website.
The general sale begins on September 14 at 12:00 noon via SM Ticketmaster.
The concert shares its name with the singer-songwriter’s album, which he released back in February.
Bruno Mars is known for his debut studio album, Doo-Wops & Hooligans, which contained tracks like Just The Way You Are, Grenade, The Lazy Song, Marry You, and Count On Me.
In 2012, he released the Unorthodox Jukebox, which was followed by 24K Magic in 2016.
In 2021, he produced the Grammy-winning An Evening with Silk Sonic album in 2021, which was a collaboration with Anderson.Paak who took on the name.
This was followed by his self-titled world tour—which he also brought to the Philippines in June 2023—and the slate of hit singles like Die With A Smile (with Lady Gaga) and Apt. (with Blackpink’s Rosé).
