The said 35-hectare mixed-use estate spans Pasig City and Quezon City.
According to property giants Ayala Land, Inc. and Eton Properties, they are advancing the next phase of Parklinks developmenyt with the new Parklinks Mall, which will open in 2027.
The said mall, positioned as the “estate’s retail and lifestyle centerpiece,” will have a gross floor area of 69,000 square meters and approximately 41,000 square meters of leasable retail space.
It will have a curated mix of retail, dining, lifestyle, and community spaces for both residents and visitors within the Parklinks estate.
Ahead of its opening, the property giants said Parklinls is expected to launch its first retail pavilions by the end of 2026, which include specialty restaurants and dining concepts that will begin activating the commercial district.
Elsewhere in the estate, which is one of the largest in Metro Manila, AyalaLand Premier’s Parklinks North and South Towers by Ayala Land Premier and The Lattice by Alveo Land are some of the residential developments in area—with the Parklinks Experience Center recently opened for prospective buyers.
The campus of Multiple Intelligence International School (MIIS) will also open om August 2026, which will accommodate students from toddler years up to Grade 12.
Over at the Casa Ibarra Parklinks events place, it is said to be on track for its opening later this year and will feature two ballrooms with a combined capacity of up to 850 guests.
According to the developers, sustainability is a defining feature of the estate, with 50 percent dedicated to parks, open spaces, and recreational areas sich as thevCentral Park, the Parklinks Esplanade, landscaped riverfront zones, and the Eco Forest initiative.
For pedestrian connectivity and active mobility, they also noted the Parklinks Bridge, which links the Pasig and Quezon City sides of the development.
