“I take it back, music will heal me, and will always heal us.”
That is what drag personality M1ss Jade So said following her alarming livestream last July 21, which shocked her fans.
In a post on her Instagram account last Friday, July 24, she told, “I have been surrounded by my family, friends and supporters with non-stop love and comfort. I’m also seeking help with psychologists for my mental health that was destroyed by a lot of problems.“
She noted that she needs to learn how to live a “life after downfall,” the importance of it, appreciating even if she already achieved her goals, and “continue dreaming and aiming for the pinnacle.”
She even quipped, “Maybe this were part of the goddessafication?“
The Drag Race Philippines and Drag Race Down Under vs. The World alum also said, “I did not see this coming but I need to acknowledge that this stage of life happened to me in order to continue life for the better, I learned that from my psychology aid.
“As I continue healing my mental health, I will do my best to stand up my ground and not let a person step on it. I am seeking help in case an oppressor will try to be in my way,” she continued.
M1ss Jade also said she will not forget to “breathe, smile, and live” as she is guided by the people who she can “trust fully,” and noted that she will clear all the “manipulator, gaslighter, and matapobre person” in her way.
“I will forever value authenticity over fake character disguised in power,” she emphasized.
She also thanked the people around her for their messages and unwavering support, which she told helped uplift her soul that was “breaking apart.”
“This time I am surrounded with a community that will not put me down. I am nothing without them,” the drag personality continued. “I am grateful for everyone who expressed their deepest compassion that i want to return to you all! I love you all!“
Lastly, she told, “I am taking serious steps to fully recover so that I can proudly say and embody ‘I am strong coming back to drag, music & fashion”. Namaste indeed!“
