That is the simple caption that actress Bea Alonzo attached in the image carousel that she uploaded on her Instagram account on Wednesday, July 15.
The said pictures immortalize their civil wedding that was officiated by Mayor Nancy Binay at the Makati City Hall last Monday, July 13.
The post has since garnered over 900,000 likes on her account, with the actress earning comments from her fellow celebrities in the replies section.
Some of those that left their best wishes include Anne Curtis, Ivana Alawi, David Licauco, Julie Anne San Jose, Zeinab Harake, Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla, KC Concepcion, Isabelle Daza, KaladKaren, and Kaye Abad, among others.
Meanwhile, Atty. Joey Garcia of GERA LAW issued a statement to GMA News on Tuesday to confirm the wedding.
“Yes, I confirm that the civil wedding of Ms. Bea Alonzo and Mr. Vincent Co took place yesterday evening at around 7:00 PM at the Makati City Hall, and the ceremony was solemnized by Mayor Nancy Binay,” Garcia said.
The legal counsel also clarified previous reports about the supposed prenuptial agreement between the two.
“The earlier reports suggesting that there was any dispute, hesitation, or unresolved issue concerning a prenuptial agreement are not accurate,” he stated.
He furthered, “As counsel, I can confirm that the parties freely, knowingly and voluntarily executed their prenuptial agreement, and the same was properly signed by both Ms. Bea Alonzo and Mr. Vincent Co prior to their marriage. There was no legal impediment arising from the execution of the agreement.”
Beyond that, however, he said that he will decline to comment on the couple’s private affairs “out of respect for their privacy and confidentiality.”
