A major game for the fans is coming real soon.
On Friday, July 3, ABS-CBN’s talent management arm Star Magic teased the next edition of its popular annual sports exhibition tournament, the Star Magic All-Star Games.
In 2026, the match will be happening on August 23 with a major twist on the way. This, as local stars from the Kapamilya roster will battle it out against stars from Thailand to bring an all-out “SEA-blings rivalry” to the court.
Exact details are still unavailable at the moment, including the stars who will attend and the venue.
Meanwhile, back in July 2025, it was an equally star-studded affair as the Star Magic artists played at the Araneta Coliseum for basketball and volleyball matches.
In the men’s basketball, the team led by its coach Gerald Anderson and captain Donny Pangilinan played opposite the team composed of content creators CongTV and the rest of Team Payaman.
In women’s volleyball, notable players included BINI’s Mikha Lim, Fyang Smith, Lella Ford, with guest professional players Ivy Lacsina, Angel Canino, Bella Belen, and Camille Lamina.
In the same year, the first men’s volleyball game was also held, BGYO’s Akira and JL,Dylan Yturralde, and pro players Rex Intal, Ariel Cacao, JM Ronquillo, and Kiel Castillo.
