On Friday, July 3, another surprise announcement was made by ABS-CBN and TV5 amid the ongoing re-expansion of their partnership.

Part of the fresh tie-up are ABS-CBN productions Coco Martin’s Sigabo, Everybody, Sing!, Kapamilya Deal Or No Deal, and Someone, Someday, as well as the TV5 morning talk show Face To Face With Ate Koring, which have already begun airing or will soon premiere across the portfolio of platforms of both media giants.

Soon, two ongoing primetime dramas will have an expanded home as part of the said deal.

The Kapatid action-comedy series A Secret In Prague and My Bespren Emman will begin airing on Kapamilya platforms starting July 27 (Monday).

Both programs, which currently air on TV5’s TodoMax Primetime block every weekday evening at 8:45 and 9:30 pm, respectively, will be carried by ABS-CBN sa ALLTV2, A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, and Kapamilya Online Live starting on the said date.

A Secret In Prague, which is top-billed by Andrea Brillantes and Enrique Gil, follows the unlikely pairing of Mikoy (Enrique), an OFW in the Czech Republic who would unknowingly fall for a woman named Kiara, whose family is  involved in an illegal syndicate.

Also part of the said show are the likes of Kim Domingo, Cedrick Juan, Mark Ian, Queenay Mercado, Edu Manzano, Joel Torre, Arlene Muhlach, K Brosas, and Ruben Maria Soriquez, among others.

The said series also streams its episodes on Netflix Philippines.

Meanwhile, My Bespren Emman is led by JM De Guzman, Shaina Magdayao, Sid Lucero, Michael De Mesa, and Ai-Ai Delas Alas.

The inspirational drama-action series sees Mateo (JM), an orphan who will get into illegal activities just to make ends meet. He would later get involved in a heist and saved by sister Rebecca (Ai-Ai), a nun who has been repenting for her negligence while handling the orphanage where Mateo came from. She would later hide Mateo from authorities and the people who are looking for him by faking his death.

During which, her wife, Ruth (Shaina) and their daughter Miriam (Ryrie Sophia), who had thought of him as a dead person, would be in harm’s way as they become close to Joshua (Sid Lucero) and his father Governor Gaspar (Michael De Mesa).

At present, ABS-CBN and TV5 have not yet published the official time slots for both shows, although it has also been confirmed that the series Someone, Someday, which stars Kathryn Bernardo, James Reid, and Maja Salvador, will also make its primetime premiere across the same platforms on July 27.
