It features two new chapters in Enzo’s story, along with additional content for Free Ride mode.
At the Summer Game Fest 2026, 2K and Hangar 13 announced the Man of Honor expansion for Mafia: The Old Country, which features two new chapters in Enzo’s story as he crosses paths with Ennio Salieri, the future Don of the Salieri crime family and main antagonist of Mafia: Definitive Edition, as well as additional content for Free Ride mode.
Set in Sicily during the winter of 1905, Enzo Favara has proven himself a reliable soldier of the Torrisi crime family in the months since his initiation.
Now, the Don entrusts him and Cesare with a delicate assignment of assisting Ennio Salieri, a man of honor recently released from prison and intent on reclaiming what is his.
At Salieri’s side, Enzo is drawn deeper into the volatile underworld of the Valle Dorata, where loyalty is tested, debts are settled, and every move carries weight.
Enzo‘s story continues across two new chapters, featuring fresh environments, weapons, vehicles, and Charms. These chapters explore a previously unseen period during Enzo’s height as a soldato.
In the additional content for Free Ride mode, players will team up with Salieri to earn big by taking on a new set of extreme challenges, and discover new collectibles and never-before-seen locations.
Salieri acts as the player’s point of contact for these new Free Ride activities, which will test the skills of even the most elite mafiosi.
Mafia: The Old Country, rated Mature 17+ by the ESRB, is available on PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, with the expansion becoming available to these platforms on August 14, 2026.
