A brand new show led by the real-life couple.
On Monday, June 8, Prime Video released the full trailer of the upcoming psychothriller series The Loyalty Game.
Produced by ABS-CBN Studios and Star Creatives, the upcoming Prime Original series is top-billed by real-life couple Jericho Rosales and Janine Gutierrez, who are reunited after the Kapamilya action-drama Lavender Fields in 2024.
“Trust is the biggest gamble in love,” the platform teased the show’s story, where the more than two-minute-long video shared intriguing details of.
It starts with Ana (Janine) hiring the service of another woman, Diane (portrayed by Yen Santos) to test the loyalty of her husband, Ben (Jericho), and check whether he is cheating on her.
It will then lead to Diane plotting a plan with her peers, called The Loyalty Testers, to fulfill her contract with Ana. But it will take a dark turn as a different side of Ben is shown towards the end of the trailer.
Aside from the three of them, also confirmed to be joining the new series are Carmina Villaroel, Charlie Dizon, Sofia Andres, Kira Balinger, Elisse Joson, Jennica Garcia, and Maika Rivera.
Yassi Pressman was also announced during a recent Prime Video event as another actress in this project.
According to the streaming giant, The Loyalty Game will premiere on July 3, making it the latest Filipino production in the platform this year.
Among the titles that have already premiered or are set to debut on Prime Video soon are The Silent Noise, Kopino, Behind Closed Doors, Honor Thy Mother, and more.
