Cebu Pacific to resume flights between Manila, Dubai in July

According to an advisory of leading Filipino budget carrier Cebu Pacific on Tuesday, May 19, it announced that after safety assessments and coordination with Dubai airport authorities, it is resuming its Manila-Dubai-Manila operations starting July 2, 2026.

5J 14, which operates Manila to Dubai and 5J 15, which operates Dubai to Manila, operates with four weekly Dubai flights every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

With this development, guests with cancelled flights to and from Dubai may start rebooking their flights through the Manage Booking portal at the Cebu Pacific website.

The safety and well-being of our passengers and crew remain our utmost priority,” assured the company as it encouraged passengers to check their flight status on its website and ensure their contact details are updated for timely notifications.

Cebu Pacific is powering up its Middle East network anew, with its continued four times weekly Riyadh–Manila–Riyadh flights.

Manila and Riyadh are operatrd every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, while Riyadh to Manila flights are scheduled every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

The airline had previously suspended routes to Middle East amid the escalation of tensions following the war between Iran and the forces of United States and Israel that began in February.
