New updates from the certfied hitmaker.
In a post on his social media accounts on Wednesday, May 6, singer-songwriter Maki shared another teaser regarding his upcoming track that he first hyped up at his Kolorcoaster concert at the Araneta Coliseum last February.
The lyrics see him asking if he is not worthy of being loved by the person he has long wished to be with. It ends with the hook, “ako ba ay habangbuhay na pansamantala?”
This clip further adds excitement to his fans, Zushis, who have been kept pumped up for this song for months, but even more so in the past few weeks as Maki used pink in his social media accounts and even his user icon.
At present, there are still no details about the actual title of the said song, which will be the follow-up to his popular Kolorcoaster album that includes the likes of Dilaw, Namumula, Kahel Na Langit, Bughaw, and more.
Meanwhile, the release of the said snippet comes as he achieved 1 billion all-time streams on music streaming platform Spotify, as per his label Tarsier Records on Tuesday (May 5).
Maki is known for his successive hit singles such as Dilaw, Namumula, Bughaw—which are all part of Kolorcoaster—as well as his prior songs from Tanong? like Saan, Bakit, and Kailan.
