The Kings of P-pop have met the rising stars in K-pop.

Backstage at the recent ACON 2025 concert organized by the Asia Artist Awards (AAA) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, the popular Filipino pop group SB19 had an interaction with members of multinational K-pop group AHOF.

In the first video, Stell Ajero and Justin de Dios joined forces with JL Gaspar and Park Juwon to dance to AHOF’s song Pinocchio.

But the interaction did not stop there, as Josh Cullen, Pablo Nase, and Ken Suson subbed in and danced with JL and Juwon. This time, they did a cover of the hit SB19 song Dungka!

This bond between both bands was also seen on stage at the ACON, with fancams recording them bowing to each other as a sign of respect during the final segment of the show.

SB19 made their debut in the music scene in 2018 and is most popular for their songs Go Up, MAPA, Bazinga, and GENTO.

In April this year, they dropped their Simula At Wakas album, which is the namesake of their world tour series which will soon draw to a close with the last two shows in Auckland, New Zealand and Perth, Australia.

Meanwhile, AHOF was created through the survival-reality program Universe League, which aired from November 2024 until January 2025.

They are the first boy band under F&F Entertainment, which is also home to the female group UNIS, which was then formed in the prior season of the survival show titled Universe Ticket.

The team comprises of nine members, namely JL, Cha Woongki, Park Han, Steven, Zhang Shuaibo, Park Juwon, Seo Jeongwoo, Chih En, and Daisuke.

The band released their first mini-album Who We Are in July, which carrried the songs Rendezvous and Universe, and was followed by the next extended play, The Passage, in November that includes the single Pinocchio.
