A brand new adaptation of an online novel is coming soon.
On Wednesday, November 26, streaming platform Viva One officially announced the cast members that will be joining the upcoming live-action series of Hell University.
Based on the hit online novel created by wroter KnightInBlack (KIB), the show will be directed by Bobby Bonifacio, Jr.
The story will revolve around a hidden university where students are students and supernatural beings coexist.
Leading a show for the first time are another pair of rising stars from Viva’s stable—Zeke Polina and Heart Ryan, who were both seen on Ang Mutya Ng Section E.
The two will respectively portray the characters Ace Craige and Zein Shion in the upcoming digital series. They also expressed their gratefulness about top-billing a project.
Heart said, “So far, masaya naman po kami kasi nabigyan po kami ng chance, ng opportunity na mag-lead role finally… We’re just grateful po.”
For the leading man, Zeke, said that he is equally excited and nervous at the same time. “It’s definitely a mix of both. Aside from nervousness and everything, definitely part ‘yan, pero very excited din.“
“Yeah, this is gonna be a big challenge, but at the same time kakayanin namin ‘to,” he added.
Meanwhile, Lance Carr and Aubrey Caraan, who are part of the University Series, will also be joining the series as Raze and Samantha.
Other cast members of Hell University are Jemima Rivera, Jastine Lim, Keagan de Jesus, Jac Abellana, Derick Ong, Gabbi Ejercito, and Andre Yllana.
The much-anticipated live-action adaptation will premiere exclusively on Viva One on January 10, 2026.
